Who
would think Theologians, Bible School Professors, Senior Ministers
and reknowned Preachers would sit down and listen to Message
presentation? And who would dare to do it? Again, this was only made
possible in the last “Mystery Expo,” held at Pat Mei Restaurant
in Bacoor City, Cavite Province.
November
4 and 5 are ‘red letter days’ again in the Eagle Calendar. About
a hundred ministers from various denominational organizations crowded
into the said restaurant to attend the 2-day “Mystery Expo”
sponsored by Bible Believers Philippines.
Brother
Ernie Villanueva (Cloverdale) and Brother Roel Soriano tandemmed to
cast the net as Filipino ministers now prepare to pull the rope for
the big catch. Over the years, ME has proven to be an effective tool
to throw in the baits to fish for the fishers of men. In fact, around
3,000 ministers from various denominations in different locations in
the Philippine archipelago have heard the Message and at least close
to 300 ministers have already been baptized and are now faithfully
feeding on the Revealed Word.
The last
Exposition in Pat Mei Restaurant was no exception. The participants
in general were so astonished from what they heard. Joe Placiego, a
minister and a radioman in a Christian station was quoted in saying,
“This is the kind of Message Christians of today should listen to.”
Two ministers from the City of Caloocan who wanted to keep their
names as they intend to penetrate into their organization sneaked
into Brother Vernon, in-charge of books distribution, before the
seminar ended to ensure their copies of The Seven Church ages and The
Revelation of the Seven Seals.
The
participants displayed a great interest that the attendance of 65 in
the first day reached 95 in the second day. The team received a
number of invitations for follow up and a couple of indications for
the next ME are shaping up. One of which is the one being arranged by
Brother Dennis Credito, a product of ME. As of this date, a dialogue
to the head of one of the biggest umbrella organization in Batangas
province is set.
Indeed,
the ark of the “Mystery Expo” is in the ocean of unlimited
opportunities taking its natural course to get that last
predestinated seed. We all know that not all of us can go and not
many have the gift to present the Message with this kind of group.
However, everybody can be involved. The actual seminar is only one of
the three important steps we do consider. The preparation prior to
the ME which includes invitation is quite a task and the necessary
follow up after the seminar is of great importance, too.
The ship
is now on the run! Let’s go fishing as we maintain the same vision
as the prophet said there must be two fellows in one ship.
